FiveIn is a team management and analytics application for basketball teams. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the App.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, text, or other materials you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FiveIn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content in connection with providing the Service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FiveIn makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
